Shipments and returns

Shipments for UK

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 day after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail using their Royal Mail 24 Signed For service. A signature will be required. If you prefer delivery by FedexUK my be chosen which also requires a signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

All UK mainland orders including Aerosol Chain Care products and orders over 2kgs in weight will ship via FedexUK as Royal Mail do not handle Aerosol packages.

Shipments for EU/Rest of World

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 day after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail. Depending upon the destination country, we use either a Tracked, Signed or Tracked & Signed service. Whichever service we use, we will provide you with a link to track your parcel online.

No online orders can be accepted from outside the UK mainland that include Aerosols or that are over 2kgs. For these orders, we recommend that you contact our customer care team on 00 44 1387 811007 for more information.

All Shipments

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched to the address given and you agree that this adress is correct and that someone will be available to receive the item.
